If for any reason the customer is not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, ‘Le Nuvole’ will replace the products with others of the same value or refund his money.

To make use of the Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee you only need to follow the instructions indicated:

Send us a fax (++39 0721-30750) or an e-mail ( within 10 days from receipt of the order, and explain the reason why you want to return the product.

You should also indicate if you’d rather have the product replaced with another of the same value or have the money refunded. Return the product with the original packaging, accurately sealed to: ‘Le Nuvole’ di Maurizio Tombari Via Passeri 167 – 61100 Pesaro – Italy

If the products are returned due to our mistake (e.g. wrong delivery) the delivery cost will be at our charge. Within 7 days from receipt of the products returned, ‘Le Nuvole’ will send the address the new products as a replacement, or, alternatively, the money will be refunded by means of not-negotiable check or bank transfer.

If the address has to be refunded due to a mistake of our ‘Le Nuvole’, the delivery cost will be refunded, too.
